One of the biggest challenges for entrepreneurs is establishing a focused routine.
I know because it's my challenge. Every year, I create a focused routine. Throughout the year, things change. By the end of the year, it's a damn mess again.
The result is constant distraction and no boundaries. Putting out fires everywhere.
So, the routine in this video isn't what I'm using currently, but it's in my calendar for January. Truthfully, I wouldn't be able to stick to this right now because I have too much scheduled on random days.
But, this is the secret to staying focused (for me, at least). Isolate goals and tasks for a single project to one day if you can.
