Here's how I publish a video every day...
I know it sounds difficult, but I’m telling you, it’s not.
I know some people batch record once per week, but I don’t do this for a lot of reasons. Mainly it overwhelms me even thinking about it.
Typically, I’m one day ahead. I record and edit a video for the next day.
It takes me about 5 minutes to plan it, 5 minutes to record it, 30 minutes to edit it, 15 minutes to clean up captions, and 5 minutes to schedule it. About an hour in all.
If you don't have that much time, take less time! You don't need to do all of the things I do.
Sometimes, I don’t get that video done for the next day. That means I HAVE TO get it done before the day is over.
If I don’t want to record videos over a weekend or if we are going on vacation, I need to prioritize. I need to get those videos done before then.
Actually, I have a big month ahead of me. I know I’ll be out of town a few times (I'm out of town right now!). Because of that, I’m recording and editing two videos per day whenever I can.
Bottom line: You can publish a video per day. But you have to be committed to it. You have to prioritize it. You have to have a no-excuses approach.
When you do, it’s built into your routine and it’s not hard. You can do this!
