The Instant Articles placement is going away from Ads Manager starting in mid-April 2023.
Why? Because Instant Articles themselves are going away.
Any ad sets that are running at that time will simply remove that placement when this goes into place. You shouldn't see an interruption in delivery.
While you're unlikely to notice a big difference, losing a placement isn't good news. The more placements you have, the more opportunities there are for distribution. When you lose that, costs can go up.
Even if very slightly. Something to keep an eye on.
