Meta needs to display organic results. Ads Manager only features results from people you paid to reach. While this makes sense, it doesn't reflect the full impact of your ads -- particularly if your ad was especially engaging. People you paid to reach could share it and their friends could convert. According to Ads Manager, those conversions never happened.
