Let's put together a plan for a successful 2023.
1. Prioritize your revenue generators.
What will be the primary ways that you make money in the next year? Which will you attack first? What tasks are required for each?
2. Prioritize your content marketing.
You can't be everywhere. Which will you prioritize? What tasks are required to manage them well?
3. Put together your weekly task calendar.
Group tasks for a single priority as much as possible. Start with the highest priorities and build out from there.
4. Don't forget your daily personal tasks.
Don't make your physical and mental health an "if I have time" item on your schedule. Build it in. What will you do to stay healthy? When will you do these things every day?
This is something that I need to refocus on this time of the year every year. So many unexpected extra tasks and responsibilities get added to our schedule throughout the year. It's time to clear it out and start over.
