I made some mistakes with my podcast that I regret.
I took it for granted. It generated some pretty incredible download numbers, but I thought that was just because I had a player embedded on my website and I was getting insane traffic.
My response? I removed the player. Silly.
Ultimately, though, the biggest issues surrounded not really knowing why I was hosting a podcast and having a difficult time measuring success.
