Stop obsessing over CTR, it's not a priority metric. It's not that Click-Through Rate (CTR) doesn't matter at all, but by itself it's meaningless. Which CTR are we even talking about? It matters? A high CTR doesn't mean it was a successful ad. It's a metric that's easy to manipulate.
