You can create a website custom audience of relevant traffic to your website by keyword.
Let's use an example...
If I were to launch a training on Facebook ads targeting, I'd want to go after potential customers with ads. In order to be most relevant, I'd want to find those who were reading blog posts about targeting.
I could, of course, create a custom audience based on the specific blog post someone read. But, since I've written dozens (hundreds?) of blog posts on targeting, I could take it a step further.
This approach allows me to isolate any traffic to my website that has the word "target" (in this example) in the URL.
To do this, you need to do a good job of making sure that important keywords are in your titles and URLs, of course. But, this is rather straight-forward stuff.
