This is what my office setup looks like...
I do everything here. Writing, video and podcast recording, meetings, you name it. When you spend that much time in one place, you want it the way you want it.
I have an old 2016 MacBook Pro. I recently scaled back to one extra monitor, and I'm glad I did. Frees up a lot of space.
I have two Neewer LED desk-mounted panels on either side. Shure MV7 microphone.
Adjustable desk, but I usually sit. It's still convenient to be able to move it up and down as needed.
There's a big, old treadmill on the side in case in need it during the winter months. And I do. I run every day, and I'm not going to run outside in the cold.
That Neewer RGB light is a recent addition. I turn that on to add a color splash when I record. My ceiling lights are off during video recording.
I get my reading and meditation done in my office as well on that beat-up bean bag. Mark Schaefer's Belonging to the Brand makes an appearance.
And of course, the Beats Pill to play some tunes. Today it's been Miles Davis' Sketches of Spain.
