When I say that your targeting inputs are less impactful than ever before, it doesn't mean that you should only go broad and remove all targeting inputs. It means that your audience is often expanded, and the credit your inputs deserve is rarely clear. It's also why you should avoid creating several ad sets for cold targeting -- it will lead to more overlap than in the past.
