Threads is in the EU now! Meta originally launched Threads in July without some very basic features -- and without users in the European Union. That has now been corrected.
Is this a bug with custom conversions? When creating a custom conversion that maps to a custom event, there is no longer an option to refine by parameter. That option still exists for custom conversions mapped to standard events.
